All of the materials appearing on this site, including but not limited to the website design, text elements, brands, names, logos, designs including artwork/illustrations, materials, photographs, images, icons etc as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley.  Except as otherwise required by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, re-transmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner.
Colour Reproduction
I employ professional photographers who specialise in capturing artwork and make every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen resolution, your brightness settings, your colour display profile and how often your monitor/screen is calibrated, I cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
Framing
My works are sold unframed however I offer a custom-float mount frame option in natural Tasmanian Oak or black as an addition. If you would like to know my recommendations on where to have your artworks framed send me an email as I am more than happy to help with your framing requirements. :)
Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
All prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and packaged in a tube. I recommend that upon receiving your limited edition print that you do not unwrap the print unless you are with your framer. The print is very delicate and should only be handled by professionals accustomed to working with art prints. Cotton gloves should be worn at all times when handling unframed artwork. Avoid touching the print directly as oils and dirt from your hands can damage the artwork and mishandling can scratch and harm the pigments.
Payment Options
The Website accepts credit cards (VISA & MasterCard) and Paypal. All payments are taken in Australian Dollars ($AUD), and are charged at the current exchange rate. 
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
I am required by Australian law to charge 10% GST on all orders and this is already included in the price.
Shipping + Delivery
I deliver internationally! Delivery costs vary depending on your shipping destination and size/weight of your artwork. Unframed original artwork is despatched within 3 business days. All Limited Edition prints and framed artwork are made to order and therefore take a little longer to despatch. Please allow 2-3 weeks for despatch of these works as they are subject to the print maker / framer’s lead-time. Shipping times are in addition to above times and vary depending on shipping destination and carrier.
Australian Shipping: Free Shipping for all unframed prints. Please allow between 5-10 business days (estimate) for artwork delivery within Australia.
International Shipping: Will be charged at cost price and is dependent on destination and size/weight. Please contact us and we will obtain an exact quotation. Please allow between 10-21 business days (estimate) for artwork delivery Internationally.
Artwork is posted via Australia Post - each package is registered with a tracking number. Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley is not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit. The products covered by each contract (i.e. accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.
International Import Taxes & Duties
Please note that the shipping charge on your order does not include any possible taxes and/or duties that may be incurred due to the destination country's Customs regulations. The responsibility for any such Customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc. is that of the recipient upon delivery into the destination country. I am required by law to list the advertised price for the artwork on the Customs documentation, and to accurately list the contents of your order. Please keep in mind that I have absolutely no control over these charges. To ascertain the correct information, the Customs Service may require the information that the goods are created in Australia.
Should you require further information in this regard, please contact the destination country’s Customs Service to gain further details, as duty rates, VAT and tax-free thresholds vary in each country.
Returns – Exchange + Refund Policy
I want you to feel 100% confident when purchasing a piece of my artwork, therefore I will gladly accept returns for exchange. Please inform me by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and I will work with you to resolve your concerns and arrange an alternative.
Refunds will only be applicable where I am deemed to be in breach of the description offered for an artwork. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Elizabeth O’Connor-Cowley.
If an exchange / refund is approved, the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to me within 14 days of date of delivery. Please note: The customer will be liable for all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of any artwork/s.
Privacy Policy + Security Statement
The website is encrypted with a SSL Certificate to protect your online order information. The ordering system is secured with a specialised online payment processing company to maintain the highest level of confidence in the security of your personal information. This online payment processing company provides you with the assurance that the data exchanged with the site is secured and encrypted. Please note that some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be unable to connect to the server, which means you will not be able to place an order. If you cannot access the secure server for any reason, please send an email to info@elizabethoconnor.com and I will endeavour to assist you.
